२२२ राष्ट्रभाषा पर विचार सरकारी नौकरी मिल सकेगी जब वह हिंदी और उर्दू दोनों ही भाषाओं को जान ले और जो कर्मचारी अभी हिंदी नहीं जानते हैं, वर्ष भर में वे उसे अवश्य सीख लें अन्यथा नौकरी से अलग कर दिये जायेंगे | अच्छा तो वह आईन है- I. All persons may preseat their petitions or complaints either in the Nagri or in the Persian character, as they shall desire. II. All summonses, proclamations, and the like in vernacular, issuing to the public from the courts or from Revenue officials, shall be in the Persian and the Nagri characters, and the portion in the latter invariably be filled up as well as that in the former. III. No one shall be appointed, except in a purely English office, to any ministerial appo. intment after one year from the date of this Resolution unless he knows both Hindi and Urdu, and any one appointed in the interval who knows one of these languages not the other, shall be recquired to qualify in the language which he does not know within one year of his appointment, (नं0- ३-३४३ सी ६८३ १६०० संशोधन के साथ)
